Our cosy rooms are finished to the highest standard. Each of the four individually decorated bedrooms has an en suite shower room,
TV with tea and coffee making facilites. We have double, single and twin rooms available.
For families we can offer a double room with a twin room next door (these are the only two rooms on the floor). Our establishment is completely non-smoking.

A hearty Scottish breakfast is offered, along with a lighter or vegetarian alternative, on request. Prepared in our stylish country kitchen and served in our cosy dining room you can start the day looking through the arched window to admire the view over the garden stream. Alternatively take advantage of the East Neuk climate (which has a better record of sunshine than the rest of Scotland) and dine al fresco in the garden.

St Andrews is the home of Golf, so finding a course should not be a problem. Fine dining and local pubs are in abundance in the town, with varieties to suit all tastes. Fishing is readily available in the local lochs and rivers. Go for a walk in the hills, or on one of the local beaches and soak in the local environment.
