The house is a traditional granite style property, located in a prime spot, ideally located for Aberdeen Airport. We are around a 5 minute walk from various parks and the hospital is a short walk away. As we only offer one room, we aim for you to have a quiet peaceful stay, with a good nights rest in our home. £35 per person per night (based on 2 persons sharing), Single occupancy rates available on request

We have one quiet and peaceful room with king sized bed and private shower room. The bedlinen is Egyptian cotton, the towels are soft and the shower room is just next door.

We want you to be comfortable during your stay with us. The dining room is available for you to access wi-fi and catch up on your e-mails or simply relax.

This is also where your breakfast will be served, either Continental or a hearty cooked plate of eggs, bacon and whatever else you fancy! Jane loves baking, so fresh scones may well be available too. She will also provide you with a packed lunch at a small extra cost, if you would like, as long as you can give her a little notice!

Rosebee is located 4 miles from the airport and approximately 3 miles from Aberdeen City Centre. Victoria Park and Westburn Park are a 5 minute walk away and the hospital is also a short walk.
