Situated in beautiful countryside overlooking Loch Marlee, Ridgeway provides two double bedrooms, both decorated to an extremely high standard and both with en suite facilities. This friendly accommodation is conveniently located approximately three miles from Blairgowrie. Uninterrupted views of the Grampian Mountains and the Sidlaw Hills can be enjoyed from the large secluded garden. One room has two comfortable single beds and the other has a king size bed. Both rooms are fully equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, homemade shortbread biscuits, radio, satellite television and a hair dryer. A travel cot is available if required. Each room is supplied with comprehensive leaflets detailing local attractions, such as castles, whisky distilleries and access to fishing and bird watching.

Guests may choose any or all from a comprehensive menu (most items locally produced as well as home made yoghurt, bread and preserves). If booked in advance, a two or three course dinner can be provided in-house starting at 15 per person with wine being supplied at cost price. There are also many excellent restaurants in the area.

No smoking is requested inside the bungalow. Internet access is available. You will be welcomed with a cup of tea or coffee and home made Dundee cake.

The weather in the area is some of the best in the country, being sheltered by mountains on the west from most of the rain. Blairgowrie is ideally suited for touring Scotland and Perthshire has some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. As well as Rosemount Golf Club in Blairgowrie, there are another 60 golf courses within one hour's drive. Perthshire is famous for its hill walking and mountaineering, including many Munros such as Ben Lawers. There are water sports centres at Loch Tay and Loch Earn and opportunities for gorge walking, mountain biking, off-road driving, horse riding and canoeing.

Anne, a complementary therapist/beautician, lives in-house so why not take advantage of her skills? A hot stones massage after a day climbing or walking can work wonders for aching muscles.
