We were made really welcome. Our room was excellent, bed very comfortable and lots of little extrasand the breakfasts were great. We would certainly stay there again.

Location

It was our first visit to Skye. Portree was an ideal base to tour the island. We drove up the east coast, round the top and down the west side. Breathtaking scenery and lots of interesting places to stop at.

cleanliness, friendlyness, good food well prepared and served. very good value for money. Peggy was very helpfull friendly.

Location

the crofters museum was well worth visiting. Eating facilities in Portee were adaquate but few serve meals after 21.00 hrs which we thought to be a bit early for a holiday destination. Dunvagin Castle is not top of our list for tourism. not a very attractive piece of history and quite expensive for the visit We thouroughly enjoyed our visit. ( the third one ) thank you

Hostess very pleasant. Facilities including jug for hot water, biscuits, fruit etc. and breakfast food were excellent, but room was quite small. Reasonable value for money, and very quiet neighbourhood.

Location

Hostess's suggestion as to where to eat dinner was appreciated. Location was fine only if you had a car.
