Rooms were so nice and confortable, the location was very typical, food preparation accurate and hospitality excellent.

Location

Strathpeffer is a good starting point for visiting all the highland region, from wet up to north

This accommodation was excellent in all respects. Difficult to fault it. The owners were very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend it and have noted the contact details for piossible future visits.

Location

It is centrally located in Strathpeffer and a feature that many visitors might find attractive is that the local pipe band (bagpipes) play in the village square, literally next door to the accommodation, every Saturday night throughout the summer, accompanied by young Highland dancers. That this is an informal and natural event makes it all the more enjoyable. It is a case of 'natural Scotland lives' and not the stage-managed and often false images that tourist-focused activities often promote.

The lodge was very comfortable and the owners very hospitable. We had a very nice breakfast and are glad we chose this lodge.

Location

We were amazed by the Victorian homes in this town The walkways were fun and we met some very nice people.

Strathpeffer Golf Course was the reason for our visit...most enjoyable as well.

THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE APART FROM THE EXTRACTOR FAN IN THE EN-SUITE. OTHERWISE THE HOSPITALITY, FACILITIES AND ESPECIALLY THE FOOD WERE EXCELLENT.

STRATHPEFFER IS A BEAUTIFUL VILLAGE IN WHICH TO STAY AND IS AN EXTREMELY CENTRAL BASE FOR ANYONE WISHING TO VISIT SOME OF THE MOST SPECTACULAR SCENERY IN BRITAIN. THE VILLAGE ITSELF IS PEACEFUL BUT WITH ADEQUATE SHOPS ETC FOR DAY TO DAY REQUIREMENTS .THERE IS ALSO THE ADDED BONUS OF THE PROXIMITY OF DINGWALL OR INVERNESS FOR ALL THE FACILITIES ONE COULD WISH FOR.
