We had a very spacious and comfortable room with a good size ensuite.The lodge was in its own beautiful grounds.We had a delicious and ample breakfast and we had charming and helpful hosts.The stay was excellent value for money.

Great service not hurried friendly staff superb breakfast and a good local knowledge. Lounge facilities fitted in very well for the size of party that was accommodated.

Overall a good standard but single room slightly cramped. However bed was very comfortable and the whole house was warm with a beautiful lounge and breakfast room. Super location and spectacular views. Suggest slightly larger or more prominent sign at the end of the road which would be beneficial to new visitors on dark wet winter nights! Would certainly be happy to stay again if needing accommodation in the area. BREAKFAST WAS SPECTACULAR!!
