Lovely clean rooms. Margaret was such a great host nothing was too much trouble for her. Really good value for money.
Location
Excellent location ideal for visiting historic Edinburgh but without all the hustle and bustle of the city.

The room and the house was clean. The hospitality was good and friendly. We had a very good breakfast and mrs. Kirby was very caring. She was very busy and we had the impression she did everything on her own. The only complaint we have is that on the webside wasn't told that the farmhouse was 6 miles from Biggar. We had no car, so we had to take a cab to the farmhouse.
Location
We stayed only one night. The neighbourhood was very nice, but we didn't go there for a long visit.
