The room was well prepared, clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful - willing to go a bit further than most to help those who do not understand the local systems.

Location very good for those interested in history. Wonderful sights in and close to Dundee.

Excellent place to stay, very friendly couple and food was great - easy location to find and close to everthing. Beds were large and very comfortable!

We spent two great days in Dundee and surroundings.The room was very clean and warm.We had plenty of catalogs, city guides and attraction guides available in the room. The guests were very friendly and in the same time discrete.The breakfast was excellent.There was enough parking place in the front street.The house is not far from the center and you can reach it in about 15min.I think the value for money was excellent.
Location
From this location, we visited Glamis Castle, Perth and St Andrews Castle and Cathedral.The Center of Dundee is a nice place as well.

High level of room. There was a super king size bed. Room was very very clean and bathroom too. Great hospitality. There was a hall with sofas and big tv avalaible for us. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location for daily trip to St. Andrew and East Neuk, Sterling and West Coast (Montrose, etc)

lovely room, furnished in a good style very clean delicious breakfast obliging hosts
Location
nice coastline a few mins walk away, or bus stops are close. by bus: less than 10mins to town centre.

The room was clean and tidy with all that was required re tea/coffee making facility and ensuite. The only drawback was the poor and limited reception on the tv channels. Our breakfast was very good and our hosts were most welcoming and helpful.

The accommodation was very convenient for our purpose--collecting our son from university.
