The accomodation was excellent. Very spacious, light and had everything we needed for our break in Edinburgh. It does require a coat of paint in places and the stairs do need highlightening in the description. I could imagine some people may have a shock if they were not aware of the number of stairs. This was not an issue for us and we expect to book the apartment again.

Location

The location was ideal. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a Tesco very close by for all your essential needs. The tour buses pass at the end of the street but easy walking into the centre. So an excellent location and quiet.

Amazing location - very quiet considering how central it is. The communal areas let it down but the flat itself is spacious and well equipped.

Excellent location with fantastic Thai restaurant right across the road. Despite being in the hub bub of Edinburgh the Penthouse suite was surprisingly peaceful. Decorated in minamilist way yet extremely comfortable. The heating was good as well which is important in winter in the 'windy city'.

Apartment was large. Everything in the kitchen we needed. Could have done with another sofa in sitting room for better lounging around in the evening. Decoration, particularly the painted floorboards are looking rather tatty and dirty in parts. Some refurbishment is needed and at £1100 for 5 nights (admittedly during the festival) they have the money to do it. To be honest, we were disappointed as the photos make it look better than it is.

Great central location but still quiet. Comfortable, well equipped and more than met our needs.

Location

Edinburgh is an attractive city with many historical sites and so on but I just loved the atmosphere about the place. There is always plenty going on.

Lovely flat with lots of character. Good value for money. Only downside being one flight of stairs too many (its on the 5th floor) but I wouldn't let this put me off staying again, I just need to get fitter!

Location

Excellent location, just off leith walk down from the playhouse, 2 mins from the bars and restaurants on Broughton street.

Our stay at the Union Street apartment was great. The apartment was spotless and made our stay an absolute pleasure. It was like a home from home, i would definately stay there again.
