Owners very helpful & accomodating.
Accommodation spotless and newly refurbished.
Spec good with everything we needed,including wifi. The flat is on the 3rd floor up at least 50steps- our small children managed this fine but this flat wouldn't be suitable if you had mobility problems. The flat doesn't have a bath (in line with most Edinburgh flats).
Overall would highly recommend this light, airy & spacious flat!
Location
Location good with the apartment being a 10-15mins walk from the centre of Town. Well served by nearby supermarkets and good restaurants. Excellent Thai takeaway/restaurant straight opposite.

Clean and recently renovated apartment, everything needed was provided ranging from iron to fan, toaster, etc.. Helpful landlady and easy key delivery.
Location
I like the Haymarket area and thus, the location was perfect for me. 10-15min by foot to the old and new town, good access to public transport.
