Well presented spacious accomodation and an excellent breakfast that set you up for the day. Sound advice on options for an evening meal in Fort William

Location

We only stayed two nights but saw Clen Coe in its winter splendour and a 12 mile walk along the Caledoneon canal gave us magnificent views of Ben Nevis.

The owners gave us a warm welcome (including tea and biscuits on arrival) and made sure our needs were met - they even gave us a lift to the town centre when it was raining hard. The facilities in our room were good and there was a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The lounge area is stocked with a wealth of information about the local area catering for all tastes/activities. The owners were willing to share their knowledge of the area and lend any relevant maps/guides. Excellent and varied choice for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

room was lovely, comfortable,Sue and Andy were very hospitable, welcoming and full of information on places to visit. The breakfast were very tasty, there was always a cup of tea offered to you when we came back from a busy day exploring the mountains. The view from the lounge was outstanding across the Loch Linnhe and that view made my holiday complete.

Location

We visited many different places on a visit, travelled on the Jacobite railway train to Mallig which was fantastic, re visited the gonadola trip to see Ben Nevis. A beautiul drive down to Oban onto Tyndrum and then back through to Glen Coe,the views were absolutely beautiful. Thanks to Sue for giving me the route. In Fort William itself there is everything you could possibly need in short distance to each other. Perfect trip. Definately visit again.

I booked the accommodation for five blokes as we were climbing Ben Nevis for a charity event. We each thought that our rooms were excellent and of a very high standard. Tea and coffee was available in the lounge if we required it and I think the superb breakfast might have been a contributory factor in our success on the Ben. I will undoubtedly return with my wife next time.

Location

I have been to Scotland many times before and my wife and I always head for this area. Our favourite area is around Glenfinnan, Loch Ailort, The Sound of Arisaig with Eigg on the horizon and the beach at Cammusdarroch.
