The accommodation is just some minutes walk to the town centre.

Good value for the money. We were "upgraded" to a small cabin instead of the family room in the main B&B & so had privacy. We weren't there long enough to become attached!

We had a very hard time trying to find a suitable place to eat!

Rooms are comfortable and there are stunning views over the canal (especially in the morning). Breakfast is also very good. Some refurbishing work yet to be done, so facilitaties and standard of decor are slightly sub-standard, but overall, a pleasant stay.

Location

Excellent base to explore Loch Ness, canal and the locks (when in operation) add more interest.

This B&B was nice and clean and in a good location with river views. The host was very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts huge and tasty.

Location

Fort Augustus was a nice place to stay, a small town with the caledonian canal going through the middle. It was nice to watch the boats passing through the locks each day. There is'nt a whole lot to do in the town but its a very pleasant and relaxing place

The chalet was very nice, set in at idyllic location and the hospitality was warm and friendly. I have already highly recommended the B & B to friends. Next time I plan a trip to Fort Augustus I will be contacting the B & B for my accomidation.

Location

Fort Augustus is a lovely village, with outstanding scenery. The canal lock, and Loch Ness are wonderful tourist attractions.
