Clean, cosy, really good location, nice area, friendly staff, good breakfast
Location
River Kelvin, Kelvingrove Park, Botanic garden, Kelvingrove Museum, a nice Korean restaurant at the corner Argyl street/Kelvingrove (or Derby) Street. And the city center nearby.

we had an excellent night's accommodations, by the way, and I make a living at housing guests.

Overall, the hotel was ok. It was clean and fairly comfortable. The shower worked fine, but leaked and subsequently dripped all night!! The single room was tiny.

The standard of the room value for money and the cleanlines. The breakfast was spot on with lots of choice and good service.

Didn`t have time really came up to attend a work shop. But enjoyed our stay.

Lartge spacious room...nice to have a bath en suite. Desk reception folks were very nice. Loved the fresh fruit in the lobby! Great breakfast..the chef was delightful....and so was the waitress. Curtains needed a cleaning...only negative point.
Location
Visitors should walk around the corner to the Kelvingrove Museum and University of Glasgow...beautiful buildings inside and out...also the park...lovely green spaces. Enjoyed a great dinner on Sauchiehall Street...fab neighborhood.

good location, excellent room, very good food, excellent helpful staff
- would have given an "outstanding" rating save the tiny shower cabin, where water is from overhead only and even an average size adult inevitably rubs body against both walls and curtain while taking a shower...
still very good value for the price
