nice room en suite facing the harbour, very good breakfast, comfortable lounge
Location
Cafe Fish outstanding, major plus. Seeing sea eagles. lovely scenery, interesting castles Torosay and Duart, sea trips. NB we had to visit 4 tourist info centres before we could find a decent selection of maps and walks (at Craignure)

Room comfortable with good view of harbour, but unfortunately because of age of property difficult was encountered on stair whilst carrying luggage. Also due to age and situation of bedrooms, headroom was limited. Our stay was for two nights - evening meal and breakfast on first day was excellent, but unfortunately one of the second morning breakfasts was below par - i.e. porridge cool and kippers tough! When drawn to the attention of staff they responded by saying they were sorry and would speak to the smokery.
Location
Location of hotel was excellent on the harbour front, at the centre of Tobermory. The distillery was minutes away. All the shops and galleries were within walking distance, and Aros Park was also very close by. The Aros Centre just along from the hotel presented cultural and musical events and a nearby public house hosted traditional music. Access to the ferry to Kilchoan was also close by. It was just a perfect location to enjoy all the delights of the town.

The hospitality was very Good. A little misunderstanding with the pricing of the room but easily sorted with no fuss. Breakfast was plentyful and tasty, and the bed was comfy.
However, the room was a little narrow, and the wooden floorboards throughout the hotel squeeked like hell.
Location
The distillery, the Home made chocolate shop, and the scenery was outstanding.

The staff was outstanding...friendly, courteous, efficient. The room had a beautiful view of the harbour and was very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent with very individualized service. The dining room was cozy as was the sitting room. Great value for the money and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Tobermory.

On the first day of my holiday in Scotland, I broke my ankle which greatly limited my mobility. When I reached Tobermory, the staff at the Tobermory Hotel switched my room so I could have a ground floor room and did everything possible to make my stay more comfortable. The Hotel was located in the center of town and within walking distance of most shops and the Tobermory Distillery. The town of Tobermory was one of my favorite stops on our tour of Scotland.

Room very good, with good hospitality. Restuarant serves excellent al-a-carte menue. Ideally situated on the harbour front.
Location
Good base for touring Isle of Mull and for many varied walks.

The location was the best thing about the Tobermory hotel. Breakfast was also good. The biggest problem was check out time. Check out at 10:00 a.m. is too early.
Location
Tobermory is a wonderful location. People are friendly, food is good and the town is very nice.
