Mary (the owner)was fanstastically helpful to our party when one of the cars broke down at her property. Breakfast was excellent and relaxed and there was a lovely homely feel.
Accomodation is basic but was all we were expecting at the reasonable cost

The room exceed our expectations. It was very quiet and peacefull. We will definately stay again if we are in the area. Hospitality was 1st class and the food was excellent.
Location
A managable distance from Edinburgh and a lovely town of Peebles. Worth staying outside the city to stay at this place.

Beds were clean;our hostess was very hospitable; breakfast was tasty & plenty of it.Bathroom lock didnt work well. You would have to have a car to access this B&B up the drive from Peebles. The other couple we were with were given a delightful BIG suite which they were very pleased with.
Location
The view from the B&B was excellent- overlooking Peebles. Personnel at Tourist Information Office were very helpful. The Borders were beautiful. Traquair House was very interesting;Rosslyn Chapel was breathtaking (the intricate stone carving) and Dr Neill's garden was so enjoyable.

We were very well looked after and our breakfast was lovely. Some aspects of the room were a little tired but the beds were lvely and comfortable and it was spotlessly clean.
Location
Peebles is a lovely little town with a bit of everything - shops and local walks along the river etc. Plus it only took 35 mins (at a weekend) to get into the centre of Edinburgh if you wanted to have a day there.

Location
We were en route to Arran and we wanted to visit the Burrel collection in Glasgow so we thought we would stay in Peebles.
