The young owners are trying to create a nice hotel out of an old building, but hallways are still cluttered. Our room was clean, and we had fresh towels daily. However, the two windows wouldn't stay open without propping up with wedged paper rolls which we made. Excellent coffee at breakfast and good food. The morning appearance in the diningroom of little Frances was delightful!
Location
The local Visitor Center staff was extremely helpful and out-going, and daily bus service to other towns or historic attractions was quite dependable. Gorgeous countryside!

The owners were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was hearty. It appears that the owners are gradually updating the accommodation. The room was comfortable and clean. I feel it was value for money.
Location
The location was central and convenient. As our stay was very short and for a specific reason, we did not explore the environs.
