Excellent value for money,excellent breakfast choice,Sandra very welcoming ,everything and more than we needed . Definitely will stay again as we visit Edinburgh regularly.

The room was warm, comfortable, well designed, with every thing I needed. Sandra was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit and a large selection of other goodies.

Location

Good location on the south side of Edinburgh, avoiding the need to drive into the city centre. There is a good bus service into the city. However, there were no places nearby to get food after 9pm except a take away pizza.

land lady very warm & welcoming - accomodation cosy and little extras like biscits & fruit made it feel as if she had put in so much effort. Traffic outside a bit noisy but ear plugs were provided.

Extremely comfortable and any issues mentioned to Sandra were dealt with straight away. Breakfast was delicious and Sandra was extremely welcoming.

room clean, comfortable if a little tired. hospitality and food very good and plentiful.

Location

used as a base to visit family so didn't do the tourist thing but pretty easy to get to everything
