Wonderful conversion of old building, very comfortable and up to date interior. Lovely quiet location but only 10 minutes walk to Princes Street. Very hospitable and welcoming hosts. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great city & city centre attractions all within walking distance. We also went to the zoo to see the pandas.

This was much as I expected, the decor and beds very good, furniture a bit garish and mis-matched but perfectly good.
Gordon was welcoming and obliged our request for a full length mirror, as my daughter was leaving this house to be married.
It had room for 6 people and there was enough for all.
Location
I thought I knew central Edinburgh but Dean Village is SO accessible and picturesque. We were so happy with this property due to the beauty of the setting, on the Water of Leith.
There is plenty around to do, we were preoccupied with wedding stuff.

Accommodation on 3 floors so along way from the smallest bedroom at night [the small ensuite was on the top floor with this room next to it] and the main bathroom on the ground floor
The facilities were good on the whole but a little more attention to small details is needed eg under unit lights in kitchen not working,lack of teaspoons and small quantity of washing up liquid would have been appreciated.
These are small details only and in general the accommodation was clean and comfortable and very convenient for all tourist attractions and situated in a pleasant spot.

Excellent location, perfectly decorated, comfortable and spacíous! We had a great time, the apartment was very clean and well taken care off.
Absulute recommended when you seek accommodation to spend time in Edinburgh!

Atractively furnished and had good facilities and equipment.
Location
Dean village is a very attractive and historic part of Edinburgh. The old School House was an excellent location right by the Water of Leith and the footpath to the Art galleries and Stockbridge for restaurants etc.
