We booked a twin and were allocated the family room, a double bed and a single. Clean and comfortable but room small, and situated over the owners lounge whose TV was clearly audible, but not after 11pm. The breakfast was very nice and the proprietors pleasant and accommodating.
Location
Situated ten minutes drive outside Fort William in a pleasant quiet location close to the Caledonian Canal and with adequate off road parking.

The landlady was very nice & friendly, & informal.
The rooms where vey clean & tidy & the beds where comfortable.
The selection for breakfast was very good & the cooked breakfast was very nice

Very nice and clean accomodations, though quite a distance from Fort William's station. Very tasty breakfast. Bus nearby but a long wait.

Everythin was fine. We enjoyed it very much. Food was good

Driving a car we saw: Glenfinnan viaduct, Mallaigh, Loch Ness, Fort Augustus, Glen Nevis. Walked on Cow hill and by the Loch.

We only stayed one night. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The en suite was good, food excellent.
Location
We visited Neptunes staircase locks which were fantastic, we saw three boats go through the locks and the road and rail bridge open for them. We rode the cable car up Aonachmor and watched and spoke to mountain bikers before their 6 minute decent.

The room and the breakfast were good basic fare, the hospitality and helpfulness of the owner enhanced things.
Location
The location is further out of Fort William than expected but not really a problem.
