Room was very clean and tidy, and hosts were extremely friendly. There was a mix up with the dates we were staying but the hosts sorted all this out before we arrived.
Breakfast was very enjoyable, more than enough to set you up for the day.
Location
Perfect location for exploring 'The Ben', Glen Nevis, and Fort William.

Due to airline difficulties, we arrived at The Neuk about 10 hours later than planned (around midnight). When we called from Inverness, they said that was no problem and gave us very good directions for getting there. Of course we were fairly tired when we arrived but them made us feel very welcome. We were taking the Maillaig train the next morning, so she served us breakfast in plenty of time for us to catch the train, and gave us excellent directions for getting to the train in Ft. William

When we arrived, our luggage had not arrived with us. The owner was so helpful in loaning us rain gear so we could continue with our plans to go to Mull, Iona and Staffa in spite of the weather. Also she lent us shampoo and toothpaste when she heard about our dilemna. And she helped us to call FlyBe baggage claim since we weren't sure how to use the Scottish phone system. I plan to keep the B&B information in case I ever return to Oban, and to recommend to friends.
Location
They had lots of helpful brochures in our room and more copies in the entrance way. Also the location was great since we could leave our car parked there and make the easy walk to the center of town.

Excellent value for money. We were trying to keep our accomodation costs down, targeting on 30BPS/person/night. We travelled with another couple and we were all very satisfied.

The room was very comfortable and contained everything you would need. The owner was lovely and very friendly.

We only stayed 1 night as we were moving further north, but we love the area.
