Welcome was warm and decor was clean and modern. However, quality of my mattress was poor. Cooked breakfast was good, but only slices of toast - why no rolls or croisants?
Location
Location was good, quieter than city centre but still walking distance from city centre and Kelvingrove Park and its attractions. Good restaurants nearby.

Family room was clean and bright but quite small. There was no room for moving around really and no where much to place closthes for 4 people apart from a pokey wardrobe .
Location
Near to town but did not like the constant need for paying out for parking. Close to a nice museum and the Clyde as well.

My room was near the kitchen and I was awoken earlier than I needed to be by the kitchen staff preparing for breakfast.
Location
Found the location of the hotel pleasant and central for anywhere I wanted to go.

this was a family run B&B and they made you feel like part of the family. everyone was very helpful and could not do enough for you. we actually went back at the end of our trip to stay with them again. The breakfast was fantastic and we didn't even get hungry till supper. The room was nicely decorated and had tea and coffee service in the rooms with real cups not styrafoam. We stayed in several B&B during our two weeks in Scotland and this was the best. There was someone at the desk 24 hours a day to help. There was bus service on the corner and a laundramat around the corner. Each room had their own bathroom with a shower. Washcloths are not a regular item in Scotland so pack your own. We will stay at this hotel any time we are in Glasgow visiting family. We are very glad we discovered this lovely B&B and it's wonderful staff. I can't tell you how secure and comfortable I felt in the Hotel
Location
Kelvingrove museum and the transport museum are both near by and are free. There is bus service to Glasgow Center and the train station.
