Room: was very comfortable but a wee bit small. I would take out love seat/chesterfield and put in places for luggage to open. This would give more room. Decorator pillows are nice but too many. Also high chest of drawers is nice but a lower set would be nice to have a place to put another suitcase. Great to be able to park on street by guest house. House was very clean and cheery. Shower door in corner leaked out when you shower. Big bathroom with shelf to put things on was great. Great view from our bedroom. Would prefer little bars of soap iwrapped individually nstead of dispenser so I know that no one else has touched them. Hospitality was great. Enjoyed conversing with you all. Dining area was very nice and breakfasts were very delicious. All accommodation and food in Scotland is way too expensive if compared to North American value for money.

Great value for money, a nice, comfortable and cosy room, awesome breakfast and a very pleasant and welcoming reception. Wonderful lounge, offering complimentary drams!

Location

Robert Burns Birthplace Museum in Alloway is a must-see and just down the road of 26 The Crescent!

The rooms were excellent, but the hospitality was awesome. These people enjoy what they do and make you feel so at home you can't help but love the place. Very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent as well. This host and hostess won an award for being the friendliest host and hostess in all of the UK. Well worth the money.

This is the best b and b we have ever stayed in. The standard of the room, the food and the ambience could not be bettered. Our hosts, Michael and Joyce, made us feel very much at home and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Location

We chose the Crescent as we had stayed there before and knew what to expect. Its location suited us as it is a comfortable drive from the Cairnryan ferry and it was easy to reach Ardrossan for our oneward journey. This would always be our first choice when in the area.

Lovely room, bathroom, breakfast, and people.

Location

B&B was close to transportation. Also close to Alloway (Robert Burns).

The accommodation was excellent. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. There were extra in the room such as candy, tea making equipment and high quality toiletries in the bathroom. The value was also very good for a five star B & B. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Location

Ayr is a charming town with access to the sea and shopping. It was also close to historic sites and the ferry to Arran.
