Maggie was friendly and helpful, and made us feel instantly welcome. Our rooms were exactly as decribed, with no irritations at all. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and served, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Location

We drove up to Fort William with the sole intention of climbing Ben Nevis, so didn't really spend time in the town. Our climb made the long journey worthwhile - we were fortunate to enjoy some stunning views, and an extreme range of weather, which made for an unforgetable day out!

This was a lovely B&B. Our host made us most welcome and suggested places we may wish to visit,we followed those suggestions much to our benefit. Breakfast was excellent, and great choices. Our room was very comfortable. We felt it was nice that the B&B was just outside Fort William, offering a quiet location where you could see Ben Nevis.

Location

Fort William is an excellent base. Lots of walks for all abilities and great scenery within easy reach. We recommend the walk to Steall waterfalls in Glen Nevis. For a great meal and relaxing environment try out the Ben Nevis Inn.

A warm welcome from Maggie Watson who met us at the station then round the village, showing us wher we could eat in the evening. She then took us to the hotel where we were eating in the evening, although it turned out to be only a twenty minute walk. Breakfast not big portions but very good. Highly recommended.

Location

Fort William has nothing to commend it!

Lovely room, plenty of space and great walk-in wardrobe. Nice bathroom, great shower. Sadly the TV reception was pretty poor. Shared breakfast table, delicious breakfast. Very friendly, chatty landlady who was extremely helpful and informative. Great!

Location

Jacobite Steam Train from Fort William to Mallaig - great!
