Rooms couthy and some fixtures in need of minor repairs... Particularly liked books and Bush Radio's in room nice touch... Hearty breakfasts but unfortunately Hotel ran out of eggs on 1st morning ! Bar was well stocked with Quality ambers and open all hours...

Location

Very handy for High School.....& Feis Rois reason for visit... All venues within easy walking distance... Grand Fish Suppers... Have camped in previous years but tent nearly ended up in Stornoway last year in gentle spring breeze...

The room had great views. The room was cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. Staff were very friendly particularly child friendly although child menu stops at 7.00. Food not served until 6.30pm due to there only being 2 members of staff running whole hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Our family room was spacious with adequate heating. The bathroom had no heating and was a bit chilly despite the mild weather. We enjoyed our trip.

Location

we visited Inverawe gardens and there was plenty to see despite the season. We joined the national trust that day because the entry fee was quite expensive. I would go across to Stornaway next time we are up. Not much to do for children if the weather is rotton. Ullapool had some interesting shops and cafes.

The room was very basic but the beds were comfortable. The owners were exceptionally nice and we had a lovely meal in the bar.

Good location as in the centre of Ullapool, perfect for us as we were there for the Ullapool festival.

Good room but in need of minor refurbish , very pleasant , helpful and efficient receptionist/waitress - she seemed to do everything - good breakfast .

Good situation near ferry terminal and staging post though Ullapool worth visit in own right.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcomimg. The room clean and warm with a good view. The food was good. There was no lounge/seating area.
