value for money,superb food,hospitality 1st class,views to die for.....
Location
good but our main reason for visiting bute was for the jazz festival.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was fine, but the electric shower would not produce hot water for a second shower. The dining room was very nice with wonderful view across the bay, and the breakfast was good, and I was glad to find herbal teas on offer which seems to be unusual. Overall we enjoyed our overnight stay and would come back.
Location
Mount Stuart was very interesting, and the extensive gardens are well worth exploring, with wonderful woodland & coastal walks.

Location of hotel - just a short walk from town centre but quiet at night.
stunning views of Rothesay Bay and beyond. Staff very friendly and excellent meals.
Room meticulously clean.

This was my better half's first visit to Rothesay in 43 years and paraphrased Arnie's
quote "I'll be back and back again"
