What made this accommodation wonderful were the host Michel and Anne.The pair are extremly warm and welcoming.They made us truly feel at home.The room was large clean and warm, breakfast excellent,the location perfect close to town but very quiet. Great value would highly recomend to everyone.
Location
For us idealy located in residential area close to to old town. Several local pubs and antique shops. One restaurant especialy stood out Sweet Melindas excellent food and service.

-fabulous room - exceeded my expectations - large & very comfortable for socializing with our friends;
- loved the colourful decor & collection of art hanging throughout the home, along with fresh flowers
- excellent hospitality - Anne & Mike were a pleasure & very helpful
- food was delicious, service attentive

Value for money, lovley room with very comfortable bed, Friendly and helpful host who picked us up when we had problems due to late arrival of train so would have been late for our meal at David Banns. Good breakfast, some or all organic. Recommmended to a freind who is regular visitor to Edinburgh for work as place to relax.
Location
We were on our way to somwhere else and wanted to do it in relaxed way we know Edinburgh weel and enjoy it. Prebooked visit to David Banns and dropped inot the Rosslyn Chapel the following day on our way to freinds. Loved the Castle there, special place.

Our Stay was from 02 mar until 06 mar 2011.
Excellent Location Very Quiet Perfect Room.
Mike and An are very nice people do everything to make your stay perfect.
Breakfast is outstanding.
We will recommend this place to everyone, very high standard location

We liked Edinburgh, Botanic Garden, The Brittania, The Castles, the food everything super.
Also the people were very friendly and helpful, a place to go to no regrets at all

The perfect place to spend our first two nights in Edinburgh. Our room was spacious and very pleasant. The ensuite bathroom
was well appointed and modern. The breakfast was carefully prepared and of excellent quality. Our hosts made us feel very
welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely home again.
