The standard of the room and the B & B generally was excellent. The facilities in the room were ideal given that we had a young child. The standard of the breakfast was very high, with a wide selection of choice. The location was also very good.

Our visit was to visit to family, so we did not really visit any tourist attractions

Owner very pleasant and welcoming and good knowledge of local areas. Good value for money and food was fantastic. This is our third time here and would recommend it.
Location
We stayed there as we were buying at the local livestock market and stayed there when the old market was just across the road from the b & b. Perfect situation for shops etc.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful landlady, keys supplied for re-entry at any time, room beautifully presented but a bit small. Menu supplied for breakfast choice. Food excellent. This was our third visit and would happily stay again.
Location
Lanark very quiet in the evening and apart from pubs we had difficulty finding somewhere for our evening meal. Had to settle for Chinese.

Location
It was an excellent place to visit the mill on New Lanark. Also it was very easy to go quickly by train on Glasgow.

Convenient location, near Lanark station. Instructions for using shower weren't clear. Breakfast was a bit ordinary. Hospitality was good.
Location
One mile to New Lanark world heritage site and adjacent waterfalls, well worth a visit. Lanark 50 mins from Glasgow by suburban train.

It was very good. One comment - it would have been nice to have had some shower cream/shampoo and a larger bath towel

Mrs Dickie was lovely and friendly. Good value for money. Good room and excellent breakfast. Would use again

New Lanark - somewhere we have wanted to visit for a while now. I remember learning about Robert Owen at school some 40 odd years ago. Worth a visit - spent all day there.
