The accommadation was wonderful and just the right size for one person. Colour coordinated fresh towels every day. Elsie was a wonderful hostess, and accommadated my choice of breakfasts very well. I just had to try everything, over the course of the seven days I was in her home. It was very centrally located for walks and the town. But since my brother lives in Smyllum, it was close enough for him to pick my up each day for our outings in Lanarkshire.
Location
New Lanark was a highlight, and the Clyde falls.... both are located in the same area. The location of the B&B is close to the Bus and Train Station, so that transportation opens up easy access for travel to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. My brother took me to Glasgow, and we used both the train and the bus to show me how easy it was for them, as seniors, to get around and see the sights enroute.

The host was delightful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The monetary rate for the room was reasonable. Host made us feel right at home, and accomodations were very clean. Location is close to town center and train station.
Location
Walking distance to New Lanark Mill and Falls of Clyde. City of Lanark was also very pleasant. Good local eating places and pubs.
