An excellently run hotel, with good facilities and ample food for breakfast. Room and bed very comfortable. Excellently placed close to many bus routes only a short ride from City. Recommend to stay at this hotel. Value for money.

Bus routes outside door go to all major locations in City or close to most attaractions.

Room clean, tidy and probably newly decorated. Good size room with modern en-suite. Owner approachable and friendly.
Excellent Scottish breakfast with efficient service.
Walking distance of City Centre and many attractions.
Location
Visit was for the Scotland v England Rugby match. Visited the Scotch Whisky Experience -excellent - and many local bars. The Salisbury Bar was excellent for food and drink, closeby the Guesthouse.

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, very good beds. busstation in front of house. walking distance into town 20 min.

The room was clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent, good value for money.
Location
Location is convenient and it only takes 20 minute-walk to the city center. There are a number of eating-places in the vicinity of the guest house.
