The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, we had expected a double room, but got twin beds, we were contacted in advance by the owner to advise of the mix up. The breakfast was very good, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs - I was running the Loch Ness Marathon and they ensured that I had appropriate and adequate food to eat. My husband had a good hearty scottish breakfast which he also thoroughly enjoyed. The couple were ever so friendly and helpful. We would return if we needed accommodation in that area.
Location
We only stayed overnight and it was dark when we arrived. However I was picked up by a bus to the start of the marathon and the scenery on route was astounding.

Tricia was very friendly and very helpful. The rear garden area is also coming along very nicely. We truly enjoyed the breakfast. A very comfortable bed.
Location
We truly enjoyed Fort Augustus. Watching the boats move through the locks was fasinating. All in all it was a nice town to visit. Wish we had seen Nessie though

The room was lovely and the beds so comfortable. All our needs were met and more. DVD's were even made available for our use in the room. The breakfast was very nice and the host and hostess very attentive and a pleasure to stay with. We woild go back, in fact were disappointed they couldn't take us for a 2nd night.
