St. Ann's B & B is an immaculate, beautifully decorated B & B run by the most helpful and friendly couple. Of the two weeks we spent in Scotland recently, St. Ann's was the best B & B we encountered. Owners Bob and MaryAnn were so welcoming and had great advice for experiencing Inverness. Our only regret was that our time there was too short. Highly recommend!

Location

Take the walk through the islands in the river. So beautiful!

Room was nice, fairly spacious, comfy and clean. Good location. Hosts were super nice, very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was great and the little garden very cute and peaceful. Bob gave us some really good advice, as we were off to skye the next day;we changed our plans following his advice and it was 100% the right choice!

Our hosts couldn't, have been more helpful or accommodating. They provided information about local attractions, walks and recommended places to eat - one with a free drinks voucher. The room was excellent, clean and bright and accommodated 3 adults easily. Without asking some bedding was changed as they realised one of the party, being too hot, had abandoned the thick duvet - this was a nice touch. The guest lounge was welcome as somewhere to sit and watch TV rather than sit on beds in the bedroom. Breakfast couldn't be faulted, a wide range of choices from a variety of fresh fruits, cereals, breads, cooked options or cold meats and cheeses. I would recommend this b&b without hesitation.

Location

A short walk from the centre of Inverness made this b&b ideal. All major sights + shops within easy reach and Loch Ness almost on the doorstep.
