We had a great stay in St. Andrews with Ladeddie - Susan Mcinnes. The rooms, the hospitality and the breakfast were really outstanding. We would very much like to come back.
Location
We loved the location. We visited the university. In the evening we had a suplime dinner at the Byre Theatre restaurant.

Very warm and hospitable welcome. Room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and the house was in a lovely setting. We were given accurate directions to find the establishment which was really helpful, My only criticism was that breakfast was very expensive.

All 3 rooms booked were extremely clean and well presented, all ensuite, the host were most welcoming, the food was excellent

The location was excellent, nice views and peaceful and the service very good. the room was good and the facilities also good. Good value for money overall. If the breakfast had been as competitive as those in the town i would have had one at the b&b
