wonderful surroundings. The building is very nice, rooms are okay. Drawback is expensive breakfast. People who run it are very nice.

Offered the choice of bed only - just what we wanted. super accommodation, excellent facilities and a warm welcome. Set in beautiful countryside with a good restaurant and breakfast bar nearby.

Location

St. Andrews is a beautiful, vibrant town. found a wide range of restaurants- 'The Rule' being good value for money. Nearby fihing villages were a pleasure to visit and the local seal colony was worth hunting out.

My room was very good with excellent hospitality. Susan suggested restaurants for us to dine at and even made a reservation for us our first night. The room was clean and quite nice, and though clean and usable, the bathroom was quite small.

Location

The location was about 7 miles outside St. Andrews and so was convenient only by car. An absolutely lovely place located in the middle of beautiful farm land. We enjoyed the setting, but for purposes of visiting the town of St. Andrews it was less convenient.

Room first class, owner Susan could not do enough for us. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, as were the numerous personal touches that make all the difference. Would have no hesitation in recommending this to others. Will definitely visit again.

Location

First time in St. Andrews, very clean lovely town with plenty to do. Restaurants and shops were excellent.

We had a very warm and friendly welcome, our rooms were bright and fresh and great value for money. We hope to visit again soon.

Location

The location was outside St Andrews, there was not enough signs but managed to find it in the end.
