High class facilities, 2 large rooms, wonderful view to a small stream from the balcony, high class breakfast and great hospitality, we should like to stay there again during our next visit, you must book in good time (we did it 4 months in advance). Only minus: the doors very almost impossible to lock and unlock!

Location

Perfect location if you want to visit distilleries, going to the isle of Jura and historic places like Lord of the Isles (Finlaggan) or the 700 years old Kildalton cross.

our room was well decorated, nice, with TV, tea and coffee but small, without any chair and cupboard to hang the clothes. Also the bathroom was very small with a lavabo only for hands. the hospitality was very friendly, the lady was willing to speak and ready to help us. The food was good with choices and complete even with fruits and yogourts.

Location

this accomodation is very well situated to visit all the island, close by Bowmore. It iis also a place with facilities : an hotel for the dinner (good food) a filling station a little shop ... all things rather uncommon on Islay.

Excellent value. Owners are delightful people. Full Scottish breakfast was wonderful.

Location

Sornbank is centrally located on Islay. Bridgend Hotel is very nearby and Bowmore is only a couple of miles away. Excellent location.
