A very nice and comfortable house. A good breakfast as well. However, we were asked to give a deposit of ten pounds for each room key , which we didn't appreciate : it felt as if they were suspicious.

Bryan gave us the idea of having HIGH TEA at the Victoria Hotel and he rang them to book a table for us.That was a good tip . It was really great! Thanks to him for that.

The B&B was really nice and cleane. The room is really confortable with all the utilities a turist could need. The ower was nice and friendly .

Location

near the B&B there is the train station realy usefull to visit Edimburgh and the nearest nice country.

Very friendly owners, quiet neighbourhood but not far away from town centre. Immaculately clean. I would have no problem suggesting it to anyone else.
