Beautiful scenery, spacious, warm room, comfortable beds, great bath and most of all the owners. Lovely host and hostess.

Best B and B ever stayed in by far, beautiful house and surroundings, with ducks, geese and a shetland pony dandering around the garden. Hospitality wonderful and owners very helpful with any query you could possibly have. Room lovely and cosy and breakfast gorgeous coundn`t fault anything and will hopefully be back.
Location
We choose to get bus to Heads of Ayr open farm, which was a brillant day out for kids spent whole day there lots to doand not too expensive.

The setting of this home is magnificent. It overlooks the fairways of the Royal Troon Golf Club, you can see the sea in the distance, and the owner keeps her horses there. It's simply magical. I found a footpath down to the running trail, which goes parallel to the railroad tracks. I had a run on the golf course early in the morning. I could not have dreamt of a better location.

Our stay at the Sandhill House widely exceeded our expectations regarding the standard of our rooms, the value for money, hospitality, facilities and a tremendous breakfast! We'll certainly be back if we're are welcome. Thank you!

Although, as was explained to us, the house renovations are a work in progress, with some improvements still needed, this is a lovely place, where we were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The room had a beautiful view of the countryside and sea and the bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities were fine and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. We thought this was excellent value for money in a lovely spot.
Location
On such a short visit and with the pupose of attending a wedding, we didn't have much time to see the locality but Troon seemed a pretty place. One major concern though was the detritus washed up on the beach, which spoiled a lovely location.

Everything was lovely with a big room, clean and tidy on arrival. Food was delicious and hospitality very welcoming.
