Would have preferred a double room for 2 couples but it was adequate.

Great location - comfortable rooms - newly updated - fabulous breakfast. Very clean rooms, newly renovated. excellent en suite facilities.

Efficient service, clean room, good facilities, ample breakfast.
The only minor problem was the shower which seemed to soak the bathroom and made the floor extremely slippery.

Excellent value for money, gorgeous room in a boutique style with old and new mixed together very elegantly. Food was lovely at breakfast and service overall was very good. I would recommend it and would come back again and stay there.

situated about 15 mins walk from the centre and you could catch a bus in town to visit castle, musuems, dynamic earth, palace and many more. Locally there was some nice bars and restaruant.

Elegant decor with a high standard of comfort and hospitality. The food was superb, and the location excellent for exploring the older part of the city. Very good value.

The standard of the room was excellent, also the reception staff were very helpful ,over bus routes and which ones to catch for the city centre.
The breakfast meal ,there is an excellent choice , and good quality food.
The evening meal was outstanding, a very good standard and value for money.
Location
We thought that Edinburgh Castle ,entrance fee rather expensive ,not really value for money, but then not sure of the cost of its upkeep .We found the buses very regular to other destinations ,as we went to the Botanical Gardens, also out to the Royal Yacht.The Tourist Centre on Princes Street, were very helpful,with a good sense of humor. The Art Museums well located and excellent choice to see .Thank you.
