We were met with a very warm welcome by Mrs McLeod. Our room was exceptionally clean, roomy, well furnished with an excellent view of Ben Nevis from our window. The en suite was spotless, towels soft and fluffy, a dispenser in the shower for shampoo, etc., As David Jason would say in The Darling Buds of May - "perfick".
Location
We were just a few minutes drive from The Moorings hotel which served excellent evening meals. The steam train (Harry Potter) Jacobite was a 'must'. Although it was raining, we enjoyed every minute. The day before we left, we had glorious weather and went over the bridge to Skye - the scenery on the way was mind-blowing - something we will never forget.

We climbed Ben Nevis it was a 5min drive away to the car park to start the climb. The town was 10 min drive and had everything you needed.

Room is very clean and beautiful, good size. The host is very friendly and breakfast is good! The B&B is a out of town but located in quiet residential area, supermarket is about 1 min's drive away.
Location
Like the cosy feel of Fort William town centre, not crowded. Drove to Glen Etive, which is simply beautiful!

We came to Fort William for The Jacobite steam train experience to Mallaig(wonderful),and seeing the Neptunes Staircase being just around the corner from Rustic View was an added bonus, and of course the absolutely fantastic scenery on a beautiful day makes for a perfect holiday which is what we had.
