We were greeted with a welcome pot of tea & biscuits after a journey from Glasgow. Our room was comfortable, although it was in the eaves, & overlooked the loch. Our hosts had good suggestions to make for trips & local eateries, & were friendly & helpful.
Location
Inveraray was a pleasant 10 minute walk with a good pub & food. The castle was worth a visit. Ardouine Gardens on the coast was pretty too. The original Loch Fyne Oyster Bar was 8 miles further up the loch with good seafood.

nous avions réservé une chambre à 88,20 livres. Déception : petite chambre au dernier étage. Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre, mais plus au même tarif : 98,00 livres. Donc, la photo de la chambre sur internet est celle de la chambre la plus belle et la plus chère.

Ne pas manquer la visite du château d'Inveraray et sa collection d'armes (plus de 1000 pièces) Dans les environs d'Inveraray(une dizaine de km) AUCHINDRAIN village, musée en plein air, hameau des Highlands restauré,

Good sized room and huge bathroom -excellent for a family with 2 double beds. Breakfast was first rate - good choice of well-cooked food. Welcoming host who is knowledgeable about the local area.
