the breakfast and the hospitality given by the owner was good. the standard of room could be better, the bed in particular was well past its best.

Location

the town was well worth visiting, the walk along the river is lovely. we also ate at three excellent restaurants, the rockpool nico's and the pub across the road at the premier inn

The Guest House was really lovely, with beautiful rooms and excellent location. The owner was very nice and he went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend this B&B to anyone thinking of staying in Inverness as its close to the city centre or a short taxi ride away from the river. Plus the breakfast was very nice...making this place reasonable value for money. Would go back again.

Room was clean and tidy, although the shower was small and was difficult to move in and out of. The lounge area was excellent with sky TV, Setanta sports, DVDs and very comfortable surrounds. The owner was very pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. The guest house was in an excellent location for us, very close to the place we were visiting. All in all I would rate our accommodation as good and it is a guest house I would use again.
