The room was first class and the owner was so friendly and cheerful she made us feel so very welcome we go over to Isle of Mull every year and stay in Oban and we will certainly stay in the hotel again.
Location
Our visits to Scotland are all very special to us. Oban and the Isle of Mull are so beautiful.

My parents in law visited and stated map was exactly correct in helping them locate guest house. Breakfast was exactly and personally superb - each request dealt with quickly. Room clean, lovely white crisp sheets, tea & coffee available and adequate parking. Will definately use again.

We had a lovely weekend break at this B&B our room very clean,comfortable and warm.
Breakfast was execellant lot to choose from and the lady of the house was so friendly and helpfull of places to have a evening meal,and also places to visit.
The only thing would be is getting to it a very steep hill to climb for the elderly,but the hospitality was worth the climb

The local information office very helpfull,easy to book the ferry and buses and lots of places to visit
