I stayed at this establishment on the 20th of Jan 2010 for one night prior to a university exam.
Very good place to stay, comfy bed, and the facilities were adequate to good.
Decent breakfast with a good selection to cater for all takers. I'd have no problem staying there again.

We have stayed there for the second time and are made feel so welcome there.
We canīt fault anything and they look after you very well and make you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent. The room was perfect and again made to make you feel at home.
The facilities in the rooms are excellent too.
Location
The B and B. is situated in a very central location, but also enjoys the peace and quiet. A five minute walk and you are inthe centre of town. Also close by is the Railway Station and Bus Station.

Our host and hostess were extremely kind and caring. The room was clean and comfortable. One problem was the lack of towel rails. In such a chilly, damp climate, heated towelrails would be a great benefit. Breafast was excellent. Car parking was a considerable problem. There are good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Location
The guest house is very central and the main street was in easy walking distance. I am originally an Aberdonian so I was not looking for tourist attractions, however, there are many tourist attractions within easy reach and Aberdeen makes a good centre for touring Deeside, Donside, Buchan and many tourist places.
