Our room was of a very good standard but did not include en suite facilities. Our hosts were pleasant and accomodating to our needs, the room was very good value for money, wi-fi connectivity was available, and the location was very good for local amenities. Despite our preference for en suite facilities we will most likely book there again.

excellent value. clean, many extra touches, comfortable. courteous and efficient service and good food. We will not hesitate to use it again.

Handy to centre of Aberdeen. Owner allowed us a parking permit which helped, as theguest house does not have its own parking facilities

The location was just right, close to the bus and rail station, shops, restaurants etc.
The owners were very friendly, very helpful and cooked the best bacon and scrambled egg that I have been presented with in decades!
Everywhere was very clean and orderly and our beds were very comfortable.
We met a couple of ladies there from Germany who return there year after after for their holidays and have been doing so now for 12 years - need I say more!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Roselea House to others and would definitely stay there again ourselves.

We were actually going there for a wedding in Kings College Chapel with a reception at the Marcliffe Hotel. Roselea House was well placed for both. Unfortunately, we did not stay long enough to see any more of Aberdeen but if the German visitors find enough to do every year for 12 years then we must be missing out and need to plan another visit.

Facilities were clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent.
Location
Aberdeen is a very walkable city. There is good shopping and a wide range of attractions a short stroll from the Roselea.
