Hostess : very friendly and welcoming
Room and bathroom very nice,comfortable,well equipped and quite clean
Breakfast : excellent and generous
Environment : very quiet.

the room was very homely , carole was an excellent host ,we were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast kept us going well into lunch time . we would definetly consider staying again .

It was all very good. The family of Mrs. Risk is very friendly and helpfull. Therefore the late check in (22.30) was good for me!

We were very satisfied with the standards of the room and the kind hospitality.

We only sleep the first night in Rosedale, therafter we travel round in Scotland.
