I thought it was a very comfortable house and that it felt more like living in a home.

Location

Skye, and Portree in particular, was lovely. As the accommodation was a little out of town we ended up hiring a car which was good as it was then a lot easier to get around the island. We did some walking on the island and found the tourist facilities very good.

Resolis was a warm, comfortable bungalow with a beautiful view. Everything was provided for our comfort and I really could not fault it. It also has a very nice garden which is pleasant to return to after a day exploring the island.

Location

Portree is a very convenient place to stay having shops, plenty of restaurants and cafes. Things to do, specifically the sea trips to see the wild life. It has various roads going in several different directions so you do not have to go out and return by the same road every time. Our interest is in walking and there is plenty of that within a short distance or you can easily walk from the door.

Overall the accommodation was very good: location was good with wonderful views. The the property was clean and large with comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom needs updating.

The location was perfect for visiting the area. Skye is a wonderful island and we really enjoyed our stay.

Furnished to a high standard. Very warm, cosey & well equipped with stunning views. Anne & Donald were very friendly & accommodating.

Location

Portree is a nice small town with select number of shops for gifts/food shopping. Nice restraurants and hotel for New Year's Eve celebrations. Skye has stunning scenery: mountains, coral beaches & woodland walks, and many small craft shpos & galleries to browse around.
