Lovely bedroom and spotlessly clean, adjacent bathroom very clean. Good breakfast,well presented. Very helpful and friendly host and hostess.

very good advice given by our hosts about going to Southend and also taking the scenic coastal route north to Tarbert. We wish we could have stayed longer and explored more of the local history.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Redknowe. The room was very nice (unfort by the time we booked all the en suites were taken) but the bathroom was right next door and we were only sharing with one other(single)room. The couple were extremely nice - we felt really welcome/comfortable in their home. The breakfast was also excellent. I would use this accommodation again if I was visiting the area.

Location

We were down for the Mull of Kintyre festival - The Stranglers were playing - this was the reason for our trip! The Redknowe is a short walk from the High St in a nice part of the town.
