Our room was furnished very well and there was a lot of space. It was always neat. The floors was heated at night and the room was nice and warm.
We enjoyed the breakfast. I really like the Queens guesthouse and would suggest it to anyone.
Location
We walked to all the tourist attractions and never had to use transport for that. The guesthouse is very well situated. It is not in the busiest road, so that was also a bonus for us, as we enjoyed a good nights rest.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was fantastic, and the service was wonderful. I don't regret staying at this location at all. The only reason I didn't give an "outstanding" rating is because I felt the room could have been a little cleaner (needed dusting) and the bed, while comfortable, was old and the springs kept thwacking. However, during my trip I stayed at two different locations (the other was on the Royal Mile) and the Queens Guest House was hands down far superior. I highly recommend it.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had (especially Christine and Alex).
Location
The facility was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see - the Royal Mile, Princess Street, Botanic Gardens.

The room was big and more or less clean. The room was made the first two, but not the third day. It`s a good value for money. The breakfast wasn`t tasty even though the selection was big.
Location
The guest house is very central, that was a major plus point.

The rooms allotted to myself and my two adult sons were well arranged and comfortable. The facilities were excellent as well as the hospitality. Food was as we expected with a bed and breakfast in Scotland and we loved it all. We will definitely use the Queens Guest House again.
Location
The location was perfect, in that we culd walk to train, bus (for tours) and shopping also the pubs which were high on my son's list for meals. We loved the architecture of the old buildings, the castle and royal mile plus Hollyrood. Very historic.

Very clean and modern while still retaining characteristic features, very welcoming, relaxed and friendly staff. The food was excellent. The location was ideal, quiet but extremely close to all the main attractions. Loved it and would certainly stay here again.
Location
We visited the usual attractions, the castle etc, but also explored the new town where we found historic buildings that our ancestrers lived many years ago!
