The Room was first class,as was the food and the welcoming hospitality given by the owner.I would have no resevation about going back sometime in the future or to recommending the establishment to friends and family.

Good value for money. Excellent, welcoming hostess. Good breakfast. Abundance of fresh fruit a real treat!
Location
Arrival and departure from Inverness by train. So easy walk to the railway station essential; and a pleasant walk alongside the river.

One of ours best breakfast in Scotland. Nice and calm atmosphere in the house. Everything smells lovely... We felt as in our own home, sweet home. Angela is so friendly and decent! We really recomend Pine House.

Just 10 minutes walking from the center, it's just a walk.

room was very clean but the decor needed updating but that didnt detract from the overall room setting. breakfast area and lounge were good and breakfast itself very good quality. landlady was very helpful and cheery. i would be happy to stay again as it represented excellent value for money.

the guest house was in a good location being a 15min stroll into town centre and well placed for all the attractions. culloden and jacobite tours well worth a look.

This convenient Guest House was the perfect rest point following a train journey from Ipswich in Suffolk.
With a pleasant landlady, clean and well presented accommodations matched by a breakfast arranged to the minute to coincide with a 28 mile walking early start. Highly recommended.
