Very clean, spacious room, modern bathroom, great hospitality and food. Very close to the city centre.
Mr & Mrs. Robertson are very nice people, I would highly recommend this B&B because the place itself is even better than the pictures on this site.

+ very comfortable room
+ very friendly and helpful owners
+ great breakfast
+ good location (10 minutes from centre)
- only negative was smell of cigarettes in en-suite bathroom - no doubt due to previous occupants, and a temporary problem

+ Inverness is a good base to visit nearby sites
+ liked Culloden, Clava Cairns, Loch Ness
- too many tourist sites (e.g. Loch Ness Centre at Drumnadrochit) were quite expensive, and the prices were not announced in advance in any brochures I saw, or even on the exterior of the buildings.

The only problem we had was that although It was supposedly sorted out on the day before we were due to arrive, there was a problem with our booking. The owner of the Park Guest House had managed to arrange alternative accomodation for the night however it meant one of us having to sleep on an air mattress on the floor instead of a bed and we still got charged full price. The room was fine with enough room for all three of us and the breakfast was very good.

Having a car, we drove up to Nairn and walked the beach.
It was deserted except for us. Beautiful.
