The standard of the room was great and the cleanliness was superb, brilliant value for money and the hospitality of both Tony and John was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble we had a nine month old baby with us and they went out of their way to get a cot and beautiful bedding, asking us every day if we were okay. We were allowed to eat our bought evening meal in the dining room - or indeed one night in our room, excellent service cannot and cannot be faulted. We also had the priviledge of parking our car on the forecourt - a real bonus especially with a a baby and young daughter
Location
Tony and John were great at giving us directions and advice on where to visit. Sauchiehall street only twenty five to thirty mins walk away. We toured Perth Dundee and Edinburgh and also Loch Lomond although we were only there for five days. The location is in a lovely quiet road and with easy access to both central Glasgow and Motorway for touring other areas. Real value for money - go back - you bet. From the moment of arrival my wife and I were treated very well. We were on the ground floor next to the front door and reception desk but heard no noise or disturbance throughout our stay.
The room was immaculate and decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all we needed,the bathroom too was spotlessly clean and fitted out with a rather fine shower system and sink and toilet facilities.
We had a flat screen tv tea and coffee making facilities ( with biscuits )also an alarm clock.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and served in a bright room with pine furnishings.There was a good selection of choice and we both opted for the full works and were not dissapointed in any way.
Check out was quick and very efficient, the staff were helpful and friendly,and having checked in at 7.30pm, at their suggestion we ate at a small cafe about a 5-10 minute walk away and were very happy with our food and the establishment.
We would reccommend the Onslow and have no hesitation in staying there again.
Location
It was only an overnight stop, having landed at Glasgow airport to commence a 10 day car tour of Scotland so we did not really have a chance to use the area...other than the cafe mentioned.

The room was so clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was so friendly. Would stay again if ever returning to Glasgow.
Location
It was little further away than what I thought but still was walking distance. Located in a very quiet area which made for a good nights sleep.

attractive, recently renovated building in a quiet, pleasant area of the city. room very clean and tidy. owner was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. food was excellent. accommodation was excellent value for money. would highly recommend to anyone.
Location
used the accommodation as a base to tour around loch lomond area on my motorcycle. beautiful area with excellent roads.

The room was as new. It was very clean and comfortable and the guesthouse was so quiet I thought I was the only person staying there, when in fact it was a full house. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts very friendly and helpful.
Location
It is very close to the city, only 20 - 30 minutes walking and only 4.50 pounds by taxi.
