our stay in the old manse guest was very enjoyable.very friendly welcome when we arrived,rooms very clean and cosy,breakfast was excellant.anna and simon were very helpfull in telling us about good walks try and places to eat.very happy with everthing.

A warm welcome and nice room, breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. Nice view over the bay from the garden. A short walk, 5 min, to the city center.

The room was large, comfortable and just perfect for our stay. The only little thing was lack of handwashing in the en suite toilet/shower - but of course the handbasin was in the bedroom and everything fine. Our hosts welcomed us, very relaxed and homely. Breakfast menu just great, all well presented and nicely cooked. Beautiful home and we liked everything and would definitely return again. One of the best B&Bs we have stayed in.

I was born in Oban and this was a nostalgic return, meeting up with a school friend I hadn't seen for 51 years! Oban is a fantastic place if a little crowded, and we timed it well with a good film on the cinema (Atonement) and a great meal at the Taj Mahal. We spent a day on Kerrera - excellent walking.
