THE APPARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY .AND TASTEFULLY FURNISHED WITH ALL THE MOD CONS YOU COULD NEED.EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WANT.WE DID NO COOKING AS THE AMOUNT OF RESTURANTS AND FOOD PLACES ARE ONLY A MINUTES WALK AWAY .THE WASHING MACHINE WAS HANDY THOUGH.AND ALL THE INFORMATION OF WHERE TO GO. HOW TO GET THERE ,AND WHAT TO SEE WERE LEFT IN A BOOK .VERY HANDY...ALSO VERY SECURE WTH THE LOCKED DOOR DOWNSTAIRS TO GET INTO THE BUILDING.WOULD DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN. MUCH BETTER THAN ANY HOTEL AS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SPACE.
Location
YOU COULD NOT GET A MORE CENTRAL SPOT UNLESS YOU STAYED IN EDINBOURGH CASTLE.WE DIDN,T BOTHER TO HIRE A CAR AS ALL THE SIGHTS ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.OR THE DAY TOUR BUS STOPS IN THE GRASSMARKET JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR.I MUST SAY WATCHING THE FIREWORKS FROM OUR WINDOW WHILE THE TATTOO WAS ON WAS A SPECIAL TIME....AND THE TOWN IS A FANTASTIC PLACE.SO MUCH HISTORY........CAN,T WAIT TO GO BACK...THANK YOU EDINBOURGH.

A lovely flat. Nicely decorated to a high standard. Clean and comfortable with everything you could want, including washing machine, dishwasher, internet access and telephone. Generous welcome pack supplied by charming and friendly hosts. Excellent value for money and a real pleasure to stay in. Ideal for a couple and with the sofa bed in the front room easily spacious enough for four people.
Location
A really excellent location in the centre of the Old Town. This historic tenement has a spectacular partial view of the Castle to the front with great window seat for people watching in the street below. Private courtyard gardens and Edinburgh art school buildings to the back. Seconds from the bars and restaurants of Grassmarket and the shops and attractions of Old Town. A perfect location for exploring the whole of Edinburgh. TOP TIP - pick up a copy of the original 'Greyfriars Bobby' film to watch on the DVD (1960 - DVD £5 at HMV) - it all happened just round the corner!

Location
This is a great place to stay for everyone who wants to explore the city by walking. Everything is in walking distance and from the living room you even have sight on the castle!
We stayed there during the six nations cup and had a great time at the pubs at grassmarket, which is just a few minutes from the apartment.
Great stay, we'll definitly be back!
