the whole stay at the hotel was excellent, found the staff friendly & helpful, the room was clean & comfortable, the only thing was after driving 250 miles we couldn't get anything to eat, the restaurant was full?(thought this would be to residents only,) otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
Location
the whole purpose of our visit was to see Take That at hampden park.

In the main we wanted to thank the special staff who work in 10 Queens Drive as they went to extraordinary lengths to help us find my family in Glasgow and provided the best custromer service we experienced in our entire UK trip. In particular Claire, Barbara and Doug in the restaurant were fantastic and they should be both acknowledged and rewarded as they will keep people coming back or recommending you to others! Well done and thanks.....

Beautiful rooms and bathroom faccilities. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast had been on the buffet table too long.

Room was newly furnished, extremely comfortable, shower perfect, tea/coffee well supplied.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, excellent breakfast menu served with no delay.

We visited the Burrell Collection, Kelvingrove Museum, Pollokshields Burgh Hall where we attended a family wedding party.

Rooms in need of updating. Staff on Saturday morning very welcoming and friendly. Reception, bar and dining area very clean and modern.

Location for us was very practical as we were attending a function in the near vicinity.
