Excellent facilities. Lift, right up to the apartment, clean, comfortable, power shower, extra storage space, all you need for cooking and eating, fantastic view. The enterance on the 4th floor leading onto the Royal Mile was a bonus.
Coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits supplied, excellent although it would of been nice to have some milk, especially after a long journey due to rail works.
Location
Excellent location, as I've said before the enterance on the 4th floor was very useful, leading onto the Royal Mile.
Museums, buses, trains, attractions, pubs, food, souvenirs, all on your doorstep.
Good supply of information leaflets at the appartment.

good clean room. basic decor.tv reception poor, but overall good
Location
location of property very good,close to station,accesible by public transport and in the centre of town,yet not too busy or noisy.it was nice to be able to part our car right outside the appartment.thanks to the helpful gentleman at wash bar.21 gun salute ceremony at castle for queens birthday made it special.forth bridge boat trip was good and botanical gardens,and scottish parliament visits[all on tour bus routes ]were good.

Fabulous room and wow, what a view of Edinburgh itself. Located so centrally it is amazing. I have used this room on more than one occassion with the the owners being very accomodating indeed. Great great value for money and I will booking again soon! M

fab location. view stupendous. was lovely to be allowed to check in early . clean but cold indeed on arrival - would have been nice if heating was on when arrived.

A return visit.. fantastic location, clean and well equipped the apartment is small but was
perfect for the two of us. Friendly and helpfull communications from the owner were much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Accommodation pretty much as advertised and quite acceptable. Good value for money. Very convenient location. Would like to have had two sets of keys though. Flat is on the top floor of the building and with one set of keys we felt a bit freaked out at the prospect of locking ourselves out (which we didn't - but it was a concern nonetheless).
Location
Flat is within easy walking distance of the main street and lots of places worth visitng. Also just a few minutes to the main rail station which was a big bonus. Great view from the windows!
